About Scholarship
The Latin American Educational Foundation offers scholarships to students who are of Latino/a/x heritage, committed to serving the Latino community in the state of Colorado. Applications are open to any person pursuing postsecondary education at the undergraduate level (including trades, certifications, 2-year, 4-year). Scholarships are open to all learners including traditional age students, returning students, and adult learners regardless of documentation or citizenship status. High school seniors and students pursuing an undergraduate degree are eligible to apply. At least one letter of recommendation or support must be submitted. It is optional to submit two. The letter must be uploaded by the person who wrote it for the applicant. The letter of recommendation or support can come from anyone who can speak to the applicant's character, leadership potential, and commitment to the community. This can include and is not limited to: professor, academic advisor, counselor, club leader, family member, friend, etc. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
