About Scholarship
The Clark-Phelps Scholarship will be awarded to students in Nursing (4-year and graduate level), dentistry (graduate level), or medicine (graduate level). Preference will be given to graduates of Oregon and Alaska high schools. Preference will also be given to Oregon Health & Science University (including the OHSU 4-year nursing programs at EOU, SOU, and OIT). Students with the intention to work in a rural community are most likely to be awarded. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. If you are not an Oregon resident, you must submit the first page of your FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary from your FAFSA) to be considered for this scholarship.
