About Scholarship
The California Eastern Star Foundation Scholarship may be awarded to graduating high school seniors, continuing undergraduate and graduate students at an accredited college, university, community college, trade school, or religious institution. Applicants must demonstrate a strong high school and/or community leadership record. Graduating high school seniors must submit an official high school transcript that includes the first semester of the 12th grade and must submit a Teacher/Counselor Report. Undergraduate or graduate students may submit an unofficial transcript. Do not submit a Teacher/Counselor Report. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
