About Scholarship
The AFCEA General ROTC Scholarship will be awarded to Army, Navy, Marine Corps, or Air Force ROTC students studying a STEM major. The complete list of eligible STEM majors are available on the scholarship's website. All applicants must be of good moral character; demonstrate academic excellence; have a financial need; and the potential to serve as an officer in the U.S. Armed Forces. Applicants must submit a transcript which may be an official copy issued by the school Registrar's Office or an unofficial copy verified by the applicant's ROTC unit. Two letters of recommendation from the faculty in the student's major of study is required. A letter of nomination from the student's ROTC unit professor of military science, professor of naval science, professor of aerospace studies or designated commanding officer must also be submitted. Optionally, applicants may also submit a third letter of recommendation or resume. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the AFCEA Educational Foundation for more information.
